3. Can I create accounts repeatedly?
No, one person can only have one account.
No matter what, each player, each family, each account, each shared computer, and each common IP can only use one account.

COMMISSION
1.When is the commission paid?
The commission will be disbursed before 18:00 every Wednesday.
Please be understanding that due to system adjustments, there may be instances of delayed payments. We will issue notifications for any payment extensions.
If you haven't received a delay notification and still haven't received the commission by Thursday morning, please kindly contact us.
2. The commission displayed on the dashboard does not match the actual received commission.
The commission displayed on the dashboard represents monthly data, whereas Pazuru agent commissions are calculated on a weekly basis.
For accurate commission inquiries, please navigate to the sales report and input the search period from Monday to Sunday.
Furthermore, we employ a negative carryover system. Negative amounts will be carried over to the following week, and commission distribution will only occur when positive commissions exceed the previously accumulated negative commissions.
3. How is commission generated? What is the win-loss structure?
The commission calculation is as follows:
(Gaming win/loss (bet - payout) - promotional costs - platform fees - jackpot fees - service charges) × Commission %
The win-loss structure is a profit-sharing system that allocates the company's earnings to the agents.
WITHDRAW
1. When processing withdrawals, is a player account required will be necessary ?
